Reduction in demand

Demand is reduced through passive design, following PassivHaus criteria, which guarantees exceptional thermal insulation.

Efficient air conditioning systems and an advanced indoor air renewal system with heat recovery are implemented to reduce consumption.

Photovoltaic panels are integrated to take advantage of renewable energies. In addition, a unique digital management system (BMS) efficiently monitors and controls the building’s systems, continuously improving its energy efficiency.

The QGAT Woodhouse building represents a concrete step towards sustainable construction, merging innovative design and technology to reduce the environmental impact derived from energy consumption.

We reduce water demand

Efficient water management

In reducing demand, we promote awareness among users and use native plants with low water requirements in landscaped areas. In addition, low-flow faucets and drip irrigation systems have been installed to minimize consumption.

In addition, the building incorporates alternative water sources by reusing gray water and rainwater, thus contributing to sustainability. The recovery and regeneration of gray water from showers and the use of rainwater, including dechlorinated water from swimming pools, demonstrate a comprehensive commitment to water efficiency.

This approach highlights the role of the Woodhouse QGAT in conservation and responsible water use.

We prioritize environmental health and well-being

Temperature, humidity, air quality, lighting and noise level.

Beyond complying with minimum regulations, the building has implemented extraordinary measures, such as a biocompatible electrical installation that eliminates electrical and electromagnetic fields in the rest areas.
